In fact, the foods you eat could actually cause you unneccesary pain and inflammation!

This list of some of the foods can help you when you deal with pain either for a chronic health problem or due to a recent health issue:

  • strawberries
  • tomatoes
  • fish
  • avocado oil
  • Olive Oil
  • green tea
  • nuts
  • cinnamon
  • parsley
  • turmeric

Changing your lifestyle and your diet can be a daunting task but baby steps will lead toward a healthier, happier, more vibrant you. Start by eating a rainbow diet of healthy and fresh foods and reduce your refined carohydrates and bad fats.

Eating an anti-inflammatory list of foods on a regular basis will also likely result in weight loss as well.
